Our Booking & Cancellation Policy:
Booking Policy:
We require a current credit card number and expiry date to confirm your reservation. If no credit card number is available we require a deposit to the value of one night's accommodation to be sent to us prior to arrival or direct credited to our bank account.
We do not 'hold' rooms tentatively pending confirmation.
Winter Cancellation Policy (1 July - 31 October):
Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to arrival or if departing early, 48 hours prior to the day of departure will incur a charge of one nights accommodation. This will be charged to your credit card, or in the case of a deposit, no refund will be made.
* Please NOTE: it is guest's responsibility to arrange ski-field car park or transportation and this may not be considered a valid reason for a free cancellation. A normal cancellation policy still applies.
** Different cancellation and payment policy applies for special events bookings e.g Mardi Gras, Ruapehu Express or other competitions and rallies.

Any information supplied is held with the utmost care, and is accessible by only those who are 'directly involved' with the processing of any bookings.
Information collected by our web-site or booking agents:Any information supplied through on-line booking pages is only accessible by those involved with bookings. This information will not be disclosed to any other party, or used for any other purpose. This includes personal information - E.G. contact forms, requests and email addresses.
Type/s of information that maybe required:In order to make a booking at The Peaks, we will require personal information such as: name, address, contact number, and, a credit card number and expiry date is needed to secure the booking.
All are kept in a

Special Conditions and note:
During the Ski Season, we accept minimum of 2 night bookings for weekends (Fri-Sat) and the school holidays. it is guest's responsibility to arrange ski-field car park or transportation and this may not be considered a valid reason for a free cancellation. A normal cancellation policy still applies.
